Sketch Lab Company specializes in custom bulk screen printing, uniforms, team apparel, and merchandise programs for businesses, schools, leagues, and organizations.
Because all orders are custom-produced to client specifications, our fulfillment process is different from standard retail ecommerce.
LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP
Orders for customers in Chula Vista, Bonita, National City, and San Diego County are available for scheduled pickup or local delivery by appointment.
NATIONWIDE SHIPPING
We ship bulk apparel orders throughout Southern California and across the United States. Shipping timelines vary based on order size, garment availability, and production schedule.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Most bulk screen printing and apparel orders are completed within the agreed production window provided at the time of quote approval.
RETURNS & ORDER CHANGES
Due to the custom nature of printed apparel and made-to-order merchandise, all sales are final once artwork, sizing, and quantities have been approved by the client.
If there is an issue with the production quality or order accuracy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so our team can review and resolve the matter promptly.
