Welcome to Sketch Lab Company. By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Quotes & Order Approval
All pricing provided by Sketch Lab Company is based on the specifications submitted at the time of quote, including garment type, quantities, print locations, artwork requirements, and production timeline.
Quotes are subject to change if order details are revised after estimate approval.
An order is considered approved once the customer confirms:

final quantities
-
garment styles and sizes
-
artwork / design proof
-
print locations
-
shipping, delivery, or pickup method
Artwork & Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, spelling, names, numbers, colors, and design placement before production begins.
Once artwork is approved and production starts, Sketch Lab Company is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the order type, project size, and account status.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

new orders may require deposit or full payment prior to production

repeat approved accounts may receive invoice terms

final balance must be paid before delivery or pickup
Production Timelines
Production timelines begin after final artwork approval and payment confirmation (if required).
Estimated turnaround dates are provided as best estimates and may vary based on:

garment availability

order size
-
production schedule
-
vendor supply delays
-
shipping carrier timelines
Custom Orders / Final Sale
Because all orders are custom-produced, all sales are final once production begins.
Custom printed apparel, uniforms, team merchandise, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a confirmed production defect or fulfillment error.
Delivery, Shipping & Pickup
Orders may be fulfilled by:

local delivery

scheduled pickup
-
shipping carrier
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, pickup, or carrier acceptance.
Claims & Order Issues
Any order discrepancies, damage, or fulfillment concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Sketch Lab Company will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Limitation of Liability
Sketch Lab Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
