Every order goes through an internal review process before production and again before delivery or pickup to ensure your order meets approved specifications.
If there is an issue with your order
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your items.
Examples include:

How we resolve issues
Once we review the issue, our team will work quickly to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

Artwork approval
Please note that all custom orders are produced based on the final approved artwork proof and approved order details.
Sketch Lab is not responsible for errors that were present in the customer-approved proof, including spelling, names, sizing counts, or artwork placement once approved.
